"Koalas" - 18 months to 2 and a half years
The "Koala" room is for children from 18 months to 3 years, our "confident walkers". This room is led by Eleanor

The Koala room is separated into separate areas to enable all aspects of development. i.e. a comfy and cozy area for us to foster the love of books, imaginary area where the children can act out experiences and in the creative area the children can choose from a variety of activities and resources.

We have a range of construction and "small world" toys and a graphics area where children can practise their mark making. We also have free flow out to the garden so the children can choose when they want to go outside. The children are prepared for anything with their all-weather gear on, which enables them to experience and explore different types of weather
